CRITTERSCOPE MOBILE GAME

OVERVIEW

These days smartphones are used for pretty much two things: Games, and taking photos. Critterscope makes the best of both of those things and rolls them into one. It’s a shooter game which uses the Camera’s viewfinder to shoot actual critters the user comes across.

Many shooting games are too realistic and serious. For this game, it goes back to a time when shooter games were more whimsical. Think of Oregon Trail, or Duck Hunter. The 8-bit look has become classic and never really goes out of style. For this game, the user becomes a wild-west trapper, looking for a score.
