GHOST WALLS EXHIBITION
OVERVIEW
Before the days of digital printing, advertising was practiced with much more attention to detail. There were no campaigns, nor hashtags. Large ads were carefully crafted by hand, painted by daring and skillfull wall dogs. Throughout time, many of their messages have now worn away, or became defunkt, but they have now become works of art.

The Ghost Walls show takes place at the Museum of Design and Craft, and will show various versions of these old ads in a gallery setting, elevating them to works of art. The visual treatment for the entire system houses the work of the past, without looking too much like it. Ghost Walls would hold the essence of the era. Promotion for the event would also reminisce that atmosphere.
